‍What inspires you about your job?

I enjoy being a healthtech investor because it allows me to contribute to making the world a better place by improving the accessibility and affordability of healthcare. Additionally, investing in healthtech provides the opportunity to achieve good financial returns because this field is constantly evolving with new innovations and has a large market potential.

What is the company you wish you had invested in and why?

‍

If I had to choose just one, it would be Veeva Systems. I admire how they have tackled a significant challenge facing the life science industry by providing solutions for managing customer relationships (CRM) and clinical operations and data management. What's even more impressive is that they were able to successfully introduce the cloud-based software to a customer base that had previously been hesitant to adopt such technology. Veeva continues to innovate and develop new products and functionalities, and as a result, has become a multi-billion dollar enterprise.

What’s your favourite quote?

“Focus – It is as important to decide what not to do as to what to do”. This quote by Steve Jobs resonates deeply with me and has been a valuable lesson throughout my career. Trying to do too many things at once can lead to diluted efforts and decreased impact. Instead, prioritizing and dedicating proper attention to a select few tasks or projects can lead to more effective outcomes.
